Tazopia Projects Society was registered as a non-profit organization in British Columbia, Canada in October 2006 with the following legal constitution:

The name of the society is Tazopia Projects Society.

The purpose(s) of the society is (are):

• to produce educational retreats for members of the society;
• to fund and/or manage visual art projects by and for members or non-members;
• to fund and/or manage performing art projects or events by and for members or non-members;
• to fund and/or manage sport projects or events by and for members or non-members;
• to fund and/or manage bodywork projects or events by and for members or non-members.
